This year has been one of the best years of my life. I owe credit for most the fun times I’ve had to Kirt Voreis and his AllRide Academy. He has been my biggest client by far and has really helped jump start my film career by bringing me to many important mountain bike events and introducing me to various significant people in the industry. Since my last post with the Pro GRT video we have made 3 more edits. Check them out!

After the successful race weekend in Port Angeles, Washington the Specialized AllRide Tour headed south to Monterey, California for Sea Otter. The few days in California were packed with racing, demos, and shenanigans. We filmed some style at the dirt jump jam, some races at the dual slalom, some speed at the downhill races, and some flow at the speed and style competition but even then we barely covered half of what Sea Otter had to offer. This trip was a blast because I got to take a week off of school to meet up with AllRide in Port Angeles, Washington, travel down to Bend for a few days, then finish off the trip in Monterey, California for Sea Otter. I then flew back to Montana to finish up my first year of College (not without a quick weekend back in Bend for Jamie Goldman’s UpsideDown and UnderGround competition though!).

After returning back to Bend for the summer and taking a few weeks off to catch my breath before the mountain bike filming season started, Kirt kick started the season with an amazing trip down to California. He brought Austin Aldrich, Bryce Jentzen, and myself on an epic journey from Woodward West all the way down to Redlands, California. Check it out!

On June 20th, Kirt Vories, Austin Aldrich, Bryce Jentzen, and myself embarked on a journey through California. At 5am on the 21st we made the first stop of our trip at the Specialized Bikes HQ where we met with other Specialized riders and continued to Woodward West. The following days were packed with skateparks, pump tracks, dirt jumps, and race tracks. Enjoy!

Once we were back from our California trip we only had a few weeks before we departed on our expedition up to Canada for Crankworx. The Whistler trip is one that all of us were looking forward too and it definitely didn’t disappoint us yet again. It was fun reuniting with the entire AllRide crew because we hadn’t seen each other since the Washington to California trip in April. Check it!

Crankworx is always a crazy week packed full of riding and this year was no exception. Kirt and Austin shredded the Dual Slalom, Crabapple Hits, and the Dirt Jumps; Mikey killed it on the Canadian Open DH course; and Cierra shredded both the DH races and the pumptrack. Today, after being back in Bend for only about a week, we leave yet again for another trip to Canada. This time we are going to Kicking Horse Bike Resort in Golden, BC then back to Whistler for a few more days! Keep your eyes open for the next video and thanks for watching the ones we’ve made so far!
